The body is of made of 3 elements – physical, emotional, and chemical. While yoga can address the physical and emotional components of the body, our bodies are made of what we eat. We are what we eat. The food that we eat effects us physically, emotionally, and chemically. Balancing proper nutrition is a very complicated topic. It entails more than what we put in our mouth. We need to consider also other primary foods like – relationships, spirituality, exercise and careers (school for children). When any of these topics are out of balance this can effect our eating habits and absorption of food.
